How to get Dialga or Palkia:

1. Get 7 badges

2. Go to Mount Coronet

3. Get to the top of Spear Pillar

4. Battle against two Galactic Grunts and Commanders

5. Battle the leader of Team Galactic

6. Now, either in Pearl you get Palkia or in Diamond you get Dialga - you will get one of them depending on what game you are playing

7. Before you get out of Mount Coronet, in the back where you fought Palkia or Dialga, there will be a Adamant Orb or the Lustrous Orb - if you are playing Pearl you get the Lustrous Orb if you are playing Diamond you get the Adamant Orb
